Note: EL AL pilots can find everything they need regarding flight logging and other documents on our Slack. It is currently not available on our website and will remain confidential to the public to prevent abuse of pilot resources. EL AL will hold events at least once a week and will hold meetings to improve our beautiful virtual airline from the land of Tel Aviv, Israel.

We are so happy to announce and honor all of our ELAL pilots that are going to be working with us in the future. Being an ELAL pilots means something truly incredible. All ELAL pilots are extremely dedicated to the aviation world. We truly believe you should apply to ELAL if you have A strong passion for aviation. ELAL offers an entire list of unique routes that no other airline offers. We offer short domestic routes taking place in the beautiful land of Israel, expanding to many more bordered countries in the middle east. We also offer an entire list of international long-haul flights including the USA and Canada! All ELAL pilots are assigned a required amount of hours they must complete in a week to hold their desired position. ELAL also offers our amazing and unique customer service to assist you. Information
Short Haul: El Al airlines will provide multiple flight route options to make it lenient for our pilots to fly with us! For those who will fly short haul, the Boeing 737-800 will be operated.

Long Haul: For our pilots who are dedicated to fly for long hours, we will provide long haul flights and depart over the beautiful land of Israel. For those who will fly long haul, the Boeing 787-10 will be operated.
Flight School Training
In order for ELAL pilots to be accepted in our VA. We do require flight training to guarantee all of our pilots are well experienced. We offer 2 different programs. We offer training for the Boeing 737-800 and we offer another program for the Boeing 787-10. Both programs are entirely different and have a different level of experience. If you have applied already to ELAL VA and you need a training session please feel free to schedule an appointment and we'll email you back with a confirmation!
